You will have to drive 145km from Colombo city to see this hansome waterfall. It is via Colombo-Avissawella-Ginigathhena-Hatton road. The distance from Hatton to Falls is 18 km. After passing Devon Ella, proceed along Hatton-Nuwara-Eliya Road, the St. Clair Waterfall observatory is located at the left side of the road.
This view is the best place to see the fascination of the waterfall from the vast tea plantations. You can climb the waterfall at a distance of approximately two or three kilometers from the viewpoint.
