Avita Villa is an attractive, quiet home ideal for families and small groups. It offers accommodation of 2 double bedrooms, with air-conditioning and also cooled by ceiling fan. The living room opens onto a big veranda in both sides, which is set up for relax, reading and also dining, so guests can enjoy the nature while they dine. The villa has a fully equipped, western-style two kitchens and two bathrooms reperately.

A big, fenced garden is a great place to sunbathe in privacy, the perfect spot for enjoying the sunset with a gin and tonic or cold beer, of course!

Avita Villa is just 100 M from the beach and Hikkaduwa railway station is 2.7 km away, 2.5 km to the city where you can get all your shopping needs.

The villa comes with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday satellite TV, mini fridge, garden and outdoor barbecue.

Housekeeping is provided twice weekly (or more often, if needed, at extra cost) and if you prefer not to cook, you can just walk to a restaurant nearby.
